Vagrant cant start snappy with VirtualBox

Bug Description
Then Vagrant ups the image, VirtualBox starts the VM direct in "Guru meditaion".
As decribed in "Image can't be imported into VirtualBox" (Bug #1565008) - there is need to change vm-image params.
