Bug Description

When trying to import this image into VirtualBox 5
https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/snappy/rolling/core/edge/current/core-edge-amd64-cloud.ova

Users get:
Basic constraints were not found .
Result Code:
VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (0x80BB0004)

Have the same trouble.

By default image imported with following params:
 * Chipset - PIII
 * Pointing Device - PS/2
 * Storage Controller - SCSI
In that config image starts directly in "Guru meditaion".

When i changed the following params, image startsup:
 * Chipset - ICH9
 * Pointing Device - USB Tablet
 * Storage Controller - SATA

The same problem i have with Vagrant - vagrant creates VM in VirtualBox with the same params.

In case of importing:

if i recompile ova with only ovf+vmdk.

Then image imports, but needs reconfiguration as i mention above.
