Bug Description
Image Building page has "Signature Keys" section near the top. This explains how to create a key and upload it: http://
But, one uses keys and assertions for other purposes, such as creating a system user. Putting this content in Image Building buries it in a flow and makes it hard to refer to from other flows.
Expectation:
A separate topic "Signature Keys" that can be referred to from multiple places as needed.
