snapcraft: 7.3.1
base: core22
Ant plugin is missing proxy support. It builds successfully locally but fails in LP when pulling dependencies.
The same project builds successfully in LP with base: core18, quick check show that ant plugin for base: core18 has proxy support, while ant plugin in craft-parts does not.
