Bug Description
I run 'snapcraft --verbosity=debug --debug --use-lxd' for Chromium once. The build fails at some step.
I patch the issue and I run the same command again.
Now this part takes more than 10 min, which is unwarranted for the machine capacity performance (I'm using Canonistack), and hampers the try-debug iteration process.

Snapcraft version is 7.3.1.
