create-key needs an animation

Bug Description
I have the misfortune of needing to run `snapcraft create-key` on an intel atom. I've been sitting here waiting for it to finish for close to ten minutes now. All I see is this:
$ snapcraft create-key my-key
Passphrase:
Confirm passphrase:
This is probably a good candidate for a spinny wait animation... I keep wondering if I lost SSH connection.
