Bug Description
[Impact]
* snacraft would be able to run multiple times when using a part
with the nodejs plugin.
* Doing rebuilds in todays release is complicated as npm is extracted
during build but the original source is wiped out by the Tar instance
[Test Case]
* Create snapcraft project with a part that uses the nodejs plugin and
run `snapcraft build` N times.
* Run `python3 -m integration_
[Regression Potential]
* None
