Bug Description
We need to be able to easily upload new snaps to the store through a `snapcraft upload` command which is helped by the `snapcraft login` and `snapcraft logout` commands

I am not able to login or upload using given command:
1. sudo snapcraft login
Error : craft-store error: ('Connection aborted.', ConnectionReset
2. sudo snapcraft upload --release=
Error: same as above
