Bug Description

No installed apps are listed in snap-store.

However, console snap does:

Next day I was able to see a list of installed software in snap-store.
Have not seen any difference in syslog, or anything that allows to reproduce it :(
As I remember the status of https://status.snapcraft.io/ was all green, but the day I was seen the defect, and not.

After reading:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/snap-store-desktop/+bug/1894859
I've tried a reboot with no access to internet, but the list is still populated.

Probably bug can be closed, if maintainers doesn't see anything significant or useful in attached info.
