No installed apps are listed in snap-store.
However, console snap does:

Next day I was able to see a list of installed software in snap-store. /status. snapcraft. io/ was all green, but the day I was seen the defect, and not.
Have not seen any difference in syslog, or anything that allows to reproduce it :(

Probably bug can be closed, if maintainers doesn't see anything significant or useful in attached info.
