Ubuntu Software does not show firefox as being installed

Bug Description
Ubuntu 22.04 image on a Raspberry Pi 4 4GB. The "Ubuntu Software" application shows Firefox as being installed in the list of packages when searching for "firefox"

But when clicking on the installed Firefox package from the list, the package doesn't show as being installed.

The button is green and says "Install". If I click install button then the "install" button changes to the trash icon and "Permissions". The following is shown in the snapd logs:
