Snap-store can't install cab file

Bug Description

On my laptop, we found snap-store couldn't install cab file which is firmware.

[Steps to reproduce]
1. Download the firmware
https://fwupd.org/lvfs/devices/com.lenovo.ThinkPadN2VTF.firmware
2.In nautilus find the new firmware and double click
3. snap-store will show up and prompt "Failed to install file: not supported"

[Version]
ubuntu: 20.04.3
snap-store: 3.38.1

[Other information]
Tried gnome-software, it works fine.

From the log, it looks like the apparmor denied this operation. Is it by design?
