Bug Description
The automatic updates are paused because it thinks my connection is metered despite it not being so. When I click 'Find Out More' and then 'Open Network Settings' from that interface, it doesn't do or open anything.
I have tethered my phone using the USB charging cable - that is where I get my Wi-Fi connection to my home router.
In Ubuntu Settings, 'USB Ethernet' is the only network that is connected and enabled. I went to the settings for that and 'Metered connection: has data limits or can incur charges' is unchecked.
Snap-store has wrongly decided I am using a metered connection when the network setting says otherwise.
