Ubuntu Software throws out an error when clicked on Update

I recently downgraded from 20.10 to 20.04 (had some graphical issues with random glitches, screen tearing, or just glitches when moving windows or opening application grid). I noticed every time I go into Ubuntu Software I get this error (please see attached image). Did something not get installed properly?
