Guided and Quickstart installations fail to install/configure microceph

Bug Description

For example, following https://microstack.run/docs/single-node-guided leaves the juju openstack model in a state where cinder is left missing key parts

cinder-ceph-mysql-router/0* active idle 10.1.191.151
cinder-ceph/0* blocked idle 10.1.191.150 (ceph) integration missing
cinder-mysql-router/0* active idle 10.1.191.142
cinder-mysql/0* active idle 10.1.191.177 Primary
cinder/0* active idle 10.1.191.147

Cinder backed by something (filesystem, zfs, ceph, etc) is required for an all-in-one type of install, especially as more plugins are brought online enabling users to do more complicated things.

This will also allow storage containers (buckets) for swift/s3.

Thinking about this and exploring sunbeam cluster bootstrap --role storage it looks like it is possible to have a third single node install. Will experiment.

You can bootstrap with --role storage as well - we've not enabled this by default as this requires additional disks on the node. Note that this is actually required for multi-node deployments; without nodes with a storage role, cinder will not have any configured backends.

We also had a bug which prevented full configuration of nova-compute when cinder was enabled - this is resolved in development and will be part of the next scheduled milestone/release.

@james-page Thanks for the confirmation, I have had it working as a control/compute/storage all-in-one and absolutely right it requires a bit of thinking on the extra ceps disks at that part of the setup.

Probably should close this or move this to a documentation update rather than a bug (although ceph backed swift is definitely something I have on my wishlist).
