sunbeam down after couple of days

I have a four node deployment which was deployed on June 16th, there was no activity on it since. Today (21st) I found out sunbeam cluster reports bootstrap node down (probably known issue https://bugs.launchpad.net/snap-openstack/+bug/2022890 but this is the first time I see it on four nodes)

More importantly juju status -m openstack shows several mysql-router units offline.
