Bug Description
We will be happy if smart flag 'lock' can be changed to work by channel. We need to provide a way users securely upgrades your systems without breaking the distribution.
Setting Ekaaty packages locked for non-Ekaaty repositories grants users will not upgrade these packages with a non-approved one. By other hand, our packages can upgraded from official channel and third-party packages can be upgraded from it's source channel.

Currently only priorities are set by channel alias, while flags are set by package name.
