Bug Description
Maintaining skstream takes time away from regular Worldforge development. While the library is mainly stable, there are small issues now and again related to new compilers and new architectures which takes time to sort out.
When skstream was written there didn't exist any good FOSS stream library for C++. But now there does.
We should looking into using one of the existing libraries instead. Perhaps boost::asio?
