Add "crop tool" to drawing tool

I know this bad habit, but I want to add "me too" to this wish. This is the last feature missing currently in shutter to make it my general purpose screen-shot and documentation tool. This is especially useful when context-menus need to be captured in a window, which is difficult when mouse is also used for window selection - then it's easier to capture the whole desktop when ready and crop it afterwards.

It's targetted for 0.80 release where we will be improving the drawing tool.

I would prefer, it would look more like the already available rectangle drawing tool, which is resizable. Then, when adjustment is completeted, the cropping is finished with an crop action icon. As another example you can have a look at gimps selection tool.
