Bug Description
Sometimes I want to mark several details on a screenshot with a number or a letter. Would it be possible to insert a function into the drawing tool, that I can easily insert a tag like the one I attachted to this issue?

I am not exactly sure how this could be done in an user-friendly way?
- just image files that can be inserted ?
- a real shape like rectangle, ellipse? (with auto incrementing the digit/number?)
