SSL client connection works only once

Bug Description

Using sBNC 1.2 or the latest sBNC 1.3 I am only able to connect to the bouncer using SSL once.

As soon as one connection is dropped for the first time, I cannot reconnect, because 1.2 crashes and 1.3 just closes the connection again.

I am using Pidgin to connect to the bouncer through SSL.

I have attached a Wireshark dump which shows exactly whats happening. I am not getting any errors in the sBNC logs.

Using sBNC 1.3 it's enough to restart either(!) sBNC or Pidgin and I am able to connect again.
