Bug Description

Default built-in account.tcl does not pass loading. It says an error about
[13-09-10 / 20:02:00] <-sBNC> An error occured in the tcl script:
[13-09-10 / 20:02:00] <-sBNC> can't read "::account354": no such variable

It need to work to the complete bncuserlist.

Considering the conversation that let to this bugreport, it is apparent that most users don't actually know what account.tcl even does. Given that and seeing how this script provides rather specific functionality one might want to consider removing this script from the tarball and moving it into the wiki, or some other place for "extra" scripts. Same goes for iface.tcl (not iface2.tcl) and tcl.tcl.

I'm all for removing tcl.tcl from the default tarball. As for account.tcl, well, could just 'fix' that so it works with all accounts by default. I've been running the script for half a decade now (on Quakenet, >25 chans) and have never noticed any lag.
