Bug Description
Simplify debugging TCL scripts by making more debug information (in this case.. TCL error messages) available to the user.
Might need a globalset for this so users can enable/disable logging error messages.

better: /sbnc tcl-errorlog <none|filename> - so users can have a special tcl-error-log
