Bug Description
Binary package hint: seahorse
Ubuntu-Hardy 8.04 amd64
seahorse allows to display a key-symbol in the GNOME-panel when it holds a (prior requested and entered) passphrase for a gnupg-key in memory (feature is disabled by default).
sehorse allows to configure if or if not or how long it should keep a passphrase in memory, the above panel-applet indicates that.
This all works fine as long as you do NOT select 'do not remember passwords'. That is if you set a time limit when the cached key should expire.
If you however select 'do not remember passwords' the key-symbol ist displayed despite of that and it does not disappear until you are requested for a password for another task (passphrase seems to expire some time without notification?).
