Bug Description
This complaint came down from one of our scanners. Nothing urgent but it would be helpful if it was fixed.
1.) If you have missed asserting a tissue during the QA process, you get an error message when you check-in a book. You then have to go back and click on every individual page until you find the designation error. This leads to a great loss of productivity. For instance, a book I scanned today had over 200 tissue pages. It is a terrible waste of productivity to have to go back, and click on every single tissue page to find the page that one has missed!
In Scribe 1, if there was a missed tissue designation, there was a button to click, which took you directly to the missed tissue. Is it possible to add this time-saving option to the check-in page in Scribe 2?
Nate,
This is a good idea (having a report about a missing tissue
also include a way to get to the missed tissue and correct it).
Thanks for putting it in launchpad so that at least we
won't forget about the problem and the idea for a better
situation.
