Bug Description

In the 'more options' tab there is currently a "turn off all descews" option but no "turn on all descews". It seems that if one of these is present then the other must be as well.

It seems most useful however to be able to set skews dynamically; to add a way to set left and right skews forward and to be able to repopulate the scandata XML with the computer generated skews, from any point in a book, forward.

In a book with, let's say, the first third of it text (a), the middle third plates (b), and the final third text (c), with the options mentioned above, one would have the automatic descewing for a, one could push a skew forward for b and avoid having to repeatedly fight autodeskew on each leaf, and then turn the autodescewing back on for c.

I have been experimenting with such a solution and have attached a tar containing these files. Granted, what I've done is in no way the most elegant solution, but someone out there should know what to do ;)

The option to turn Autodeskew back on is the one part which I could not get working 100%....it requires a refresh in order for the changes to be reflected in RePublisher.......the way it works is the scandata XML is saved to a backup XML before any skews are set forward so the computer generated skews can be recalled later....there was no variable in Republisher.js like scanData.skew for the backup scandata skews and I don't understand enough about ajax/javascript to put this in so I figured it would be a good time to hand it off.

I used this on a few test books like the example I mentioned above and it works well....it makes materials that throw off the autodeskew much less tedious to RePublish.
