Conceal system fonts when using only noto-cjk font in conceal text feature

Bug Description
Whenever I use conceal text with noto-cjk font.
It always occur an conceal whole system issue, even after closing the conceal text screenshot and rebooting.
But, not happen to other fonts like fonts-nanum, fonts-unfonts-core.
Why it is critical, due to Xenial and Loki uses noto-cjk as default font for Korean, Japanese, Chinese....

Using font along with
NanumGothic(Nanum*) = fonts-nanum or
UnBatang(Un*) = fonts-unfonts-core

It can be avoid it from using with fonts-nanum or fonts-unfonts-core
clue) conf.d/ 30-cjk- aliases. conf Nanum*) , UnBatang(Un*) which is fonts-nanum and fonts-unfonts- core's but don't have NotoSanCJK
There is no sit for noto-cjk even in the /etc/fonts/
They have NanumGothic(
it might be occurred by this missing noto-cjk fontconfig I guess.
