screenlets manager will not start when icons missing from default gtk icon theme

Bug Description

I use a custom icon theme, so the default icon theme is found in ~/.icons. screenlets.svg and screenlets-tray.svg are not installed into this location and the program is unable to find them and refuses to start. Adding screenlets.svg to ~/.icons allows screenlets manager to open, but the daemon will not start until screenlets-tray.svg is added as well.

Shouldn't every decent custom icon theme inherit from the default icons? If this is so, I see it as the problem of icon theme not Screenlets. But it's true I would be nice, if the program ran even without icons present.
