Bug Description

Screenlets with non-ascii characters in their names can not be launched.
e.g. non-ascii characters entried as their name in Web Widgets & Web Applications installations dialogs.

Unable to load 'グーグル' from /home/kawaji/.screenlets/グーグル: Non-ASCII character '\xe3' in file /home/kawaji/.screenlets/グーグル/グーグルScreenlet.py on line 10, but no encoding declared; see http://www.python.org/peps/pep-0263.html for details (グーグルScreenlet.py, line 10)
Error while loading screenlets metadata for "グーグル".

Ooh, this is an ugly one :) ... Yes, I guess I didn't think about any encoding-issues when originally writing the whole stuff. I am afraid that there is a serious need for more unicode. Thanks for pointing this out.
