Bug Description
If my code is:
if (something) {
}
If my cursor is at the end of the first line (after the bracket) and I press enter, Scratch sets my cursor at the beginning of the next line, at the same indentation level as the if statement.
Expected: Scratch takes me the next line, but adds an extra indentation level.

This should also include the behavior of reducing the indentation level when a code block is closed (ie when enter is pressed after a "}" character)
