When I drag'n'drop a file from Files onto the Scratch welcome screen, I don't see the file. Then, when I dismiss that screen by clicking some option, I see the file. So the welcome screen is not being hidden on drag'n'drop like it should be.
To reproduce:
1. close all files to see the welcome screen
2. drag a file onto Scratch
Scratch will accept the file, but it will not open
3. click "New File" on the welcome screen
now you see both the file dragged and the new file
Also, when an infobar is showing (like the "file deleted" bar), Scratch rejects all file drag'n'drop interaction.
To reproduce:
1. open any file
2. delete or rename that file so the yellow "file missing" infobar shows
3. try to drag'n'drop a file into Scratch
the file will be rejected and revert
Both of these are really annoying. I think they are originating from a similar place in the code so I have combined them into one bug report. |
