Bug Description
Scratch should have all features of Valencia.
Some are really useful like autocompletion, Tooltips displaying method prototypes, Jump to definitions of classes, methods, fields, and variables, etc.
Valencia should be implemented in Scratch or avialiable as an extension for Scratch.

The Valencia features only concern the programming language Vala so integrating them in the plugin set Euclide would
be the best place i guess.
