Bug Description
needed to delete rows in import file rather delete just the data. Import file is a little sensitive to not liking additional blank rows in different places.

Are you talking about School Timetables or SectionTimetables sheet?
If there are extra empty rows between timetables, that's acceptable.
But the rows containing a list of days or periods should not have extra empty rows in between, because empty row there means an end of the list.
Except in School TImetables, where each day spans two rows, where the second one contains "activity type". In Days, it is homeroom or lesson, but in Time schedule, the activity type is always empty, not sure why TimeSlot has an activity type at all. So there is an empty row between each day row. Maybe that's what is confusing?
