Bug Description

Why doesnt print on pdf calendars like screen shows? I only get a patetic list
on calendars bigger than a day...

There is no foolproof way to lay out a weekly or monthly calendar, display all
the information about the events the user might need, and not risk running out
of space.

It would be very useful to have a calendar printing report:
Per Student
Per Teacher
Per Location
Per Term (all courses)(list view?)
