Bug Description
The datepicker should disable dates that are not relevant to the current context.
Relevant pickers:
* Special Day: only show days in a timetable
* Emergency Day: only show dates within a term
* Event 'repeat until' date: only show dates after dtstart
* Event 'exception dates': only show dates that contain the event
