One Unauthorized Item in an Index

Bug Description

If the unauthenticated user does not have permission to view one of the groups, then he is not allowed to
view the index at all. The preferred behaviour would be for the index to appear omitting the prohibited
items.

This is essentially made irrelevant in the trunk by the new security policy, as view permissions for groups is not done by individual group.
