Bug Description
emailing is still on UTC so emails sent before ten am register as sent the day before.
Even though calendar updates at midnight?
while we are in Australian EST (ie UTC+10) attendance journal doesnt register unless our term is started a day before day1,

We don't recommend setting the timezone to anything other than UTC. The buggy timezone implementation almost killed this project before it started. Hopefully we'll have time to just take the option out of a future version...
