Bug Description

When we want to use the wizard show this error:

IntegrityError: insert or update on table "school_change_classe_calendar_wizard_rel" violates foreign key constraint "school_change_classe_calendar_wizard_rel_wizard_id_fkey"
DETAIL: Key (wizard_id)=(5) is not present in table "school_change_classe_calendar_wizard".
