Bug Description
When typing Control-D (EOF) on UNIX;/Linux ports in the REPL, SBCL exits back to the OS. Control-Z has the same meaning on Windows. This is an enhancement request that Control-Z be treated as enf-of-file on the console stream, making it quick and easy to exit SBCL.
