Bug Description
This needs migrating into lp:account-plugins.
the account-plugins project uses autotools, so our qt c++ module needs to be setup to build with that.
I'm not overly familiar with autotools and am a bit lost with this. mardy pointed me towards an old example for a qt4 project which might be of help
