satori abandons psexec subprocesses - memory leaks

Bug Description

When satori communicates with a remote windows machine through satori/smb.py, it uses a subprocess to call satori/contrib/psexec.py. The processes are found lingering and ultimately cause OSError: Cannot allocate memory.
