Bug Description
The scroll bar in the "time panel" doesn't work properly when you have a lot of layers in the slide.
There aren't any vertical scroll bars.

Althaf has committed new time line code to the subversion repository that adds horizontal and vertical scroll bars appropriately.
This will be available in Salasaga 0.8.0 Alpha 8.
