Bug Description
The mouse wheel is not working in vim, less and so on. This is not a duplicate of #331752 because it is not possible to activate the mouse wheel for example in less or nano.
This is a bug in sakura, because scrolling via mouse wheel works with almost every other terminal emulator but sakura.
