centos 7 no package mysql-server available

Bug Description

when insatll ambari in the centos 7,problem "no package mysql-server available" happened.

should change mysql to mariadb,like:

/opt/stack/sahara/sahara/plugins/ambary (192)

        sudo("yum install -y mariadb-server")
        sudo("service mariadb start")

But the other bug was about centos 6, and the database was apparently installed.
I think this is different, and given that the CI runs centos7 jobs, maybe there is something fishy somewehere.

Mysql package is installed for Ranger, so let's keep track that issue in the one place
