Bug Description
The Android app currently stores and communicates lat/long coords in a manner that uses more SMS characters than is required.
e.g. sm add (cham:empty message) () (-120.763982534
To represent approximately metre accuracy, only five decimal places are generally required. So the coords above could just as efficiency be transported in SMS as
(-120.76398,
