orange-configure-openstack-instances script in sademos-next-fernar1016/openstack issue

1) Need to Adjust NEUTRON_FIXED_NET_CIDR to 192.168.100.X network instead of the proposed 192.168.1.X network which could conflict with home networks

2) When launching instances in horizon based on this script and attaching floating ip, I am able to launch only one instance that I can ssh to. When looking at logs, it doesnt appear the virtual machine fires up for the second instance. This could be an issue with quota's set in the script???
