Wine in Sabily doesn't show Arabic letters

Bug Description
Assalamo alaykom,
As I know brother Ahmed Almahmoudi has build wine package that support Arabic programs, I install sabily package in the karmic repository in sabily-ppa then I installed an Arabic program "Ela-Salaty" using two manners:
1- Double click on the .exe file
2- Using command: LANG=ar_TN.utf8 wine ela_salaty_
In the two cases I got the same result: the program doesn't show Arabic letters (see attachments).
