Bug Description

One Player starts without a HQ, startarea is taken as usual.

Ein Spieler startet ohne HQ, das Startgebiet wird wie üblich eingemommen.

Die Karte war Hochebene (von mir erstellt) ist aber Bestandteil des rttr-packetes

Hab leider kein Savegame.
Im Replay ist bei mir (jetzt?) auch das HQ vorhanden.

As far as I know it's a problem with optimized textures - you may should disable them or just restart the game which also solves this problem. Also nobody every could reproduce this problem for sure.

Spike is correct, buildings are always present, yet sometimes the graphics dont load (usually this applies to the graphicset of an entire nation, i.e. you can build stuff, it just wont show up. Restarting the game resolves this issue.
