sagemath-failing-doctests

  Attached is the output of "sage -testall" for the first sagemath 4.8 package
built updating from the previous sagemath 4.7.2.

  Some investigation should be done, correcting problems in other packages,
using an alternate copy of some component to match the version required
by sagemath, or adding a patch to existing packages.

  It is expected to not have any failures, but by the nature of the package,
some regressions are known to not be an issue, for example, paths not
matching, explicit version test, or some changes, like keeping state files
under $HOME/.sage instead of a system directory (as mapped by integrating
sage to the distro).
