Bug Description
rpmlint error messages are enabled/disabled through tuples like
bing-bang-boom
While there is a mnemonic association between the error message text and
the tuple that enables/disable, its sometimes hard to understand
the context of the message sufficiently to "know" what to do.
There is some reasonable text here that might help explain what
needs fixing (but may need refreshing for modern rpmlint)

I guess the second link was supposed to be http://
Note also that rpmlint has '--explain' option to print some short comments for the tuples.
But I agree that our wiki page should be updated to reflect modern rpmlint checks and to suggest possible solutions.
