Multi-mechanize should be installed in our standard dev environment, so that it can easily run a project from the branch. Ideally we'll provide a Django command or fabric target that will run the load test suite, by default against a locally running dev server but optionally against a remote host. When running locally it should also fire up the dev server, and kill the server properly when finished. |

QA Notes:
This isn't really user functionality to QA, but in case you need it:
1) Grab the code and build it with `make`
2) `fab -f fabfile load_test:localhost:8000` (switching localhost:8000 with whatever host you want to test). |
